Will Aerez leak in my purse or pocket?
Absolutely not. Aerez was engineered specifically for safe pocket carry. Our dual-action sliding button must be pushed in and slid fully down to engage the power. When the slider is up, it acts as a physical shield against lint and as a barrier to the liquid.
How does it attach to my phone?
Aerez uses a strong built-in magnet to snap directly onto the back of your phone or MagSafe-compatible case. We also engineered a custom rubber friction pad onto the back to prevent it from sliding sideways in tight pockets.
How long do the battery and cartridges last?
With normal daily use, both the battery and a fully loaded cartridge typically last about one week. Actual battery life and cartridge usage may vary depending on how frequently the device is used and the length of each spray. A built-in LED status light lets you know when it’s time to recharge.
Can I use my own setting spray?
To protect your device, only Aerez liquids should be used. Traditional sprays contain sticky film-forming polymers that will permanently clog the microscopic 15-micron mesh engine inside your device. Aerez Refresh and Reset are custom-formulated to be 100% polymer-free.
Are Aerez formulas safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. Aerez Refresh and Reset is 100% free of synthetic fragrances. We use a minimalist blend of clean, water-binding humectants designed to soothe and protect the skin barrier.

Your Aerez device is covered by a 1-year limited warranty for any manufacturing or performance issues. If something isn’t working as expected, we’ll repair, replace, or refund it.
Aerez 1-Year Limited Hardware Warranty
1. What is Covered Instapurify Technology, LLC ("Company", "we", or "us") warrants the Aerez Ultrasonic Facial Mister hardware product and its original included accessories ("Product") against defects in materials and workmanship when used normally in accordance with our published guidelines. This warranty applies exclusively to the original end-use purchaser and is valid for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original retail purchase ("Warranty Period"). Our published guidelines include, but are not limited to, information contained in technical specifications, user manuals, and Quick Start guides.
2. What We Will Do If a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, we will, at our sole option and to the extent permitted by law, either:
Repair the hardware defect at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement
parts.
- Replace the Product with a new or refurbished Product that is at least functionally equivalent to the original Product.
- Refund the original purchase price of the Product.
3. What is NOT Covered This warranty does not apply to any consumable parts, such as the 13 mL liquid cartridges, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
Furthermore, this warranty does not apply to:
- Unauthorized Liquids: Damage caused by operating the Product with any liquid, serum, or water other than official Aerez liquid cartridges. The internal ultrasonic mesh and electronics are calibrated exclusively for the Aerez formula; third-party liquids may cause irreversible electrical shorting or mesh clogging.
- Accidental Damage & Abuse: Damage caused by drops, impact, crushing, fire, earthquake, or other external causes.
-Liquid Submersion: Damage caused by submerging the device in water or operating it in excessively humid environments (e.g., inside a running shower), as the device is water resistant, not waterproof.
-Cosmetic Damage: Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and broken plastic on ports, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
-Unauthorized Modification: Damage caused by anyone who is not a representative of Sprayland LLC attempting to open, modify, or repair the device housing, battery, or electronics.
-Commercial Use: Products used for commercial, professional salon, or rental purposes.
4. How to Obtain Warranty Service To obtain warranty service, please contact our Customer Support team at hi@aerez.com. You will be required to provide proof of purchase details. If your claim is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the defective Product. You are responsible for shipping charges to return the Product to our facility. If the defect is covered by this warranty, we will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement Product back to you.
5. Limitation of Liability EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN THIS WARRANTY AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPRAYLAND LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR CONDITION, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
6. Your Rights Under State Law This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
